Testimonial (extract) to the work of furniture designer
and maker, David Halcro.

I am an architect with a long standing interest in modern furniture.
My wife and I had been looking for a unique sideboard.  We came
across the work of David Halcro at an exhibition. The wooden
sideboardhe had on display stood out from all the other exhibits.  
It was what we  had been searching for. We commissioned him to
design and make for us a similar sideboard to fit a particular space
in our entrance  hall. David understood our requirements exactly.
The sideboard he produced for us attracts more comment from
visitors to our home than our authentic Eames lounge chair and
ottoman, and Le Corbusier chaise longue combined.
